How much do I tip for transportation?

*Tip is added only for limousine service

  • Standard gratuity is 15%. note: We always include the gratuity on the total before handing you the bill. Keep in mind that it is acceptable to tip the chauffer extra.

1) How can I make a reservation?

  • Reservations with MallShuttle can be made in a number of ways. You may use the secure on-line Reservation Form provided on this Web site, or call our general reservation number at (855) 954-8687.

2) Can I cancel  my transportation or change a reservation through your Web site?

  • Yes.  you could change or cancel your reservation, over the telephone or on-line. However any changes to your reservation should be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation penalty or extra  fee charges. (please note that the deposit is not refundable) See  policy

Billing and Service Questions:

1) When does the billing for our transportation services start and stop?

  • Charges are accrued beginning at the pick up and ending at the final drop-off (in some cases driving time applies.)

2) What is rate structure?

  • We offers flat-rate services to or from your location.  That flat-rate start from the time the vehicle leaves the storage facility until it returns.
